The AirTAC GFR60020JC2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020JC2WK is a size-600 filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate whenever the pressure differential across the element builds, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. A reverse/check valve is fitted, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. The maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the standard regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so contact us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Positioned at the drop from a 3/4 inch main feeding a packaging hall, it strips water and fine dirt from the compressed air and holds a steady set pressure to the lines below, with the check valve holding the setting if supply dips.
Mounted where a 3/4 inch branch feeds conveyor gate and stopper cylinders, it keeps the water and 5 um-level particulate out of the cylinders and valves while regulating the pressure the actuators see.
Used on a test bench or pilot-plant skid, it cleans the shop air down to 5 um and regulates it to the pressure the instruments and pneumatic controls on the rig are set up for, with the psi gauge giving a direct local readout.
Size 600 is the largest GFR frame, with a 3/4 inch PT port, so step up to it when your line's flow demand outgrows a 400-size unit; the published flow curves, not a single rating, are the right basis for that check, and we will confirm them on request. The 5 um element (code W) suits air that feeds finer components, while the standard 40 um grade covers general protection. The differential-pressure drain is the default: it discharges condensate automatically as the element loads, with no operator action. The round psi gauge is fitted here; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and the J code means no mounting bracket is supplied.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the relevant flow and datasheet figures on request before you order.
W is the 5 um filter element (the standard grade is 40 um), and K means a reverse/check valve is fitted. This unit has the differential-pressure drain, which automatically discharges collected condensate as the pressure drop across the element rises; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are available in the series.
