The AirTAC GFR60020LF2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020LF2WGK is a size-600 filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation combined in one body, with a 3/4 in G (BSPP) port. This configuration carries the W-coded 5 um filter element for finer air cleaning than the standard 40 um grade, and it is the L-coded low-pressure regulator type for circuits set below the standard adjustment range. The differential-pressure drain bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element is high enough, so no manual draining routine is needed. Because this is the 600 size, the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the unit arrives with its mounting bracket fitted. A square pressure gauge scaled in psi is included, and the K code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding pneumatic clamps and fixtures on a machining centre, where the 5 um element keeps fine contamination out of clamp cylinders and the check valve holds clamp pressure if the main supply drops.
Regulating supply to filler, capper and cartoner air cylinders on a packaging line, with the differential-pressure drain clearing condensate through shift-long running without operator attention.
A 3/4 in branch takeoff from a factory air main serving a low-pressure zone - actuators, air tables or spray equipment - where the low-pressure regulator type and psi gauge suit US-set circuits.
Start with the port and size: this unit is the 600 frame with a 3/4 in G thread, the largest step in the GFR range, so size up from a 300 or 400 only when your line's flow demand justifies it - and confirm that against the published flow curves with us before ordering, since AirTAC does not publish a single rated-flow figure. The 5 um W element suits applications where finer particulate and water carryover protection matters; the 40 um standard grade remains available in the same frame if your circuit tolerates it. The differential-pressure drain is the fit-and-forget option; choose automatic or manual drain codes if your maintenance regime prefers them. The fitted square gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is G (BSPP) here, with PT and NPT available to order, and the bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number that could mislead your sizing. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow curves against your required flow before you order.
The W code on this model fits the 5 um element, which removes finer particulate and gives cleaner air downstream than the 40 um standard grade - useful for precision actuators, valves and instrumentation. If your circuit does not need fine filtration, the same frame is available with the 40 um element, and both grades share the same drain and bowl options.
