The AirTAC GFR60020MLC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020MLC2K is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is the low-pressure type, fitted with a manual drain bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, an external round gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve. The 3/4 inch PT port suits larger main air lines, and at size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 to 1 inch, G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element option (code W), gauge and scale choices, and a low-pressure regulator type. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the workholding clamps on a machining centre, keeping chips and condensate out of the clamp cylinders while holding the set pressure on the fixture.
Conditions the supply to air knives that strip rinse water from bottles before labelling, where the low-pressure regulator type matches the modest set pressure the nozzles need.
Supplies clean, regulated air to the diverter and stopper cylinders along a distribution-centre conveyor, with the check valve holding the downstream circuit if upstream supply dips.
Size and port are the first choice: step up through 200, 300, 400 and 600 as your line size and air demand grow - this unit is the 600 size with a 3/4 inch PT port. Drain type matters in use: manual drain means someone opens the bowl drain at intervals, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention; this code carries the manual drain. The 40 um element is standard; specify code W if you need the 5 um grade. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales - here it is a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and a bracket is included.
Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rated number, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code selects the manual drain bowl: condensate collects in the aluminium bowl and is released by opening the drain when you choose. If you would rather not rely on routine draining, the same 600 filter regulator can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or a differential-pressure drain (blank), which discharge condensate without operator attention.
