The AirTAC GFR60020MLJF2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60020MLJF2WGK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body. This configuration is the size 600 unit with a G3/4 (BSPP) port, the low-pressure regulator type, a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain, and a fitted square gauge scaled in psi. A reverse/check valve is built in, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. The size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, and differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for spray guns and air-assisted applicators on a finishing line. The 5 um element keeps particulates and condensed water out of the finish, while the low-pressure type regulator suits circuits set below standard line pressure.
Air preparation for the cylinders and air jets on a carton or pouch packaging line. One body removes water and particles and holds the supply pressure the machine was set up for, with the psi-scaled square gauge readable at the machine.
Clean, regulated air to lab analysers, pneumatic samplers and test rigs that run at modest set pressures. The manual drain lets an operator bleed the aluminium bowl at the start of a shift, and the built-in check valve blocks backflow toward the supply side.
Choose the size by the port and the air demand of your line: sizes 200 through 600 step up from 1/8 to 1 inch ports, and handling capacity is published as flow curves rather than a single rating - ask us to check a curve against your requirement. This unit is already fixed at size 600, G3/4 port, 5 um element, manual drain, square psi gauge, low-pressure type, with check valve and no bracket. If you need a different combination, the family offers 40 um standard or 5 um (W) elements, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, embedded square gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales (external round gauge optional), PT standard thread with G and NPT options, and bracket or no-bracket (J) variants. Confirm your set-pressure range with us before ordering, since the regulation range of the low-pressure type is not published alongside the standard type.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR600 flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your port size and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
This model is ordered with a manual (M) drain: an operator opens it to bleed collected water from the aluminium bowl. The GFR family is also available with a differential-pressure drain (the default) or an automatic drain (code A) - tell us which you prefer and we will decode the correct code for you.
