The AirTAC GFR60020MLNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020MLNTK is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is fitted with a 3/4 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, and a low-pressure regulator type. A reverse (check) valve is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included. No gauge is supplied with this variant, so add a separate gauge if you need a local pressure readout.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, G or NPT thread variants, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (code W) element option, and gauge choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at a 3/4 in air drop feeding a production hall, it strips water and pipe scale from the compressed air supply and holds a steady low-pressure setting for the downstream tools and cylinders.
Mounted ahead of the valve manifold on a packaging conveyor, it cleans the air reaching the diverters and pushers and regulates the supply pressure the line was built around, with the check valve holding the setting if upstream supply dips.
Fitted on the supply to a CNC machining cell's clamp and fixture circuits, it removes condensate and particulate before the valves and keeps the regulated pressure to the clamps stable, with the manual drain bled at shift checks.
Size and port set the capacity envelope: this unit is size 600 with a 3/4 in NPT port, the largest step in the GFR range, suited to lines with substantial air demand; step down to 200/300/400 if your flow is modest. Drain choice matters: manual drain needs an operator to bleed the bowl, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. Filter grade is 40 um as standard here; specify 5 um (code W) where finer particulate removal is needed. This variant has no gauge and is the low-pressure regulator type; gauge and scale options exist on other variants. Thread is NPT here, with PT as the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) also orderable. A bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet and check the sizing for you before you order.
The M in the code sets a manual drain, which you bleed by hand instead of an automatic or differential-pressure drain that discharges condensate on its own, and the N sets no gauge, so add a separate gauge if you need a local readout. Both are decode choices, and other variants in the series carry the alternatives.
