The AirTAC GFR60020NWT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60020NWT is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air down to 5 um (the fine-grade W element, versus the standard 40 um) and holds your downstream pressure anywhere in the 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) setting range. The 3/4 in NPT port suits larger plant air lines and main drops. This unit has no gauge fitted (code N) and no reverse/check valve; the bowl drains by differential pressure, so it bleeds condensate automatically as flow passes through, with no manual drain routine. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options; filter grade, drain type, gauge style and scale, low-pressure regulator type and reverse valve can all be selected in the code. Flow for this family is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on a 3/4 in branch off the compressor receiver to clean the shop air to 5 um and hold a steady regulated pressure for the whole bay, with the differential-pressure drain clearing condensate as air flows.
Feeding tool clamping and chip-clearing circuits on a machining centre, where the 5 um element protects fine valves from particles and water and the regulator pins the actuation pressure within 0.15-0.9 MPa.
Supplying the pneumatic cylinders on a carton-forming and sealing conveyor, giving the line one filtered, regulated air point at 3/4 in NPT so actuators see consistent pressure through every shift.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) so the port and the flow your line needs line up: this is the 600 size with a 3/4 in NPT port, the largest step in the family. Choose the filter element by what your equipment tolerates: 40 um is the standard grade, while this unit's W code gives 5 um for finer protection such as instrument air or coating work. Drain type matters day to day: differential-pressure (fitted here) drains itself with flow, automatic drains on a timer-independent basis, and manual needs someone to open it. Gauge style and scale (round or square, MPa/psi/bar) are order options, and this code omits the gauge entirely. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G is also available. A bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated number, send us your air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your air demand and line conditions and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures for the GFR600 at 3/4 in NPT against your application before you order.
The W in the code selects the optional 5 um filter grade instead of the 40 um standard, for finer protection of downstream equipment. The N code means no gauge is fitted; if you want local pressure indication, a gauge version can be ordered in the same series with your choice of round or square gauge and MPa, psi or bar scale.
