The AirTAC GFR60025AJNWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60025AJNWTK is a size-600 filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration is built for a 1 in NPT port, carries the 5 um filter element (code W) instead of the 40 um standard element, and drains condensate automatically, so it suits lines that run unattended or cannot rely on manual draining. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy, and the fitted reverse/check valve (code K) holds the downstream setting if upstream supply is interrupted. No pressure gauge is fitted (code N) and no mounting bracket is included (code J).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, and gauge or no-gauge configurations. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air at the head of a paint-line air distribution header, where the 5 um element protects spray equipment from water and particulate and the regulator sets a stable header pressure.
Feeding the cylinder and actuator network on a high-speed bottling conveyor, where automatic drain keeps condensate off the valves during continuous shifts and the 1 in port serves the line's draw.
Regulating supply to pneumatic valve actuators on a process skid, where the reverse/check valve holds the actuator setting if upstream air is lost and the aluminium bowl suits plant-duty service.
Size and port are the first decision: the 600 size with a 1 in port is the largest step in the GFR range, chosen when the air demand at the regulator exceeds what 3/4 in and smaller ports serve comfortably. Match the port step to the flow your line actually draws, then choose the drain: this unit drains automatically, while differential-pressure (default) and manual drains are available elsewhere in the family. Filtration is 5 um here; 40 um is the standard element if your downstream equipment tolerates coarser air. A gauge can be ordered fitted or omitted, and thread is NPT on this unit with PT and G as order options.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves and not as a single rated number, we do not quote a rated flow for this unit. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application's air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The code decodes it that way: A is the automatic drain, which expels condensate without manual attention, and N means no pressure gauge is fitted (a gauge configuration can be ordered instead). J means no mounting bracket is included, and K means a reverse/check valve is fitted.
