The AirTAC GFR60025LC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60025LC3WT is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air through a 5 um element (code W, the fine option against the 40 um standard) and regulates downstream pressure with its low-pressure type regulator. This 600-size unit is fitted with a 1 in NPT port, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, an aluminium alloy bowl, and an external round gauge reading in bar. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT as order options) and bracket. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet numbers for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use air conditioning for spray booths and finishing guns, where the 5 um element keeps water and fine particulate out of the finish and the low-pressure regulator holds a gentle, steady setting at the gun.
A filter regulator feeding the cylinder and actuator circuits of cartoning, filling or wrapping machinery, protecting valves from condensate while keeping clamp and seal pressures at the low settings those stations need.
Conditioned air for bench-top rigs and pilot lines, where the bar-scale round gauge gives a clear readout and the low-pressure regulator trims supply down to the mild pressures delicate test apparatus requires.
Step up through the GFR sizes (200 to 600) as your port and air demand grow; this 600 unit takes a 1 in NPT connection for the largest lines in the range. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (as here) for automatic bleeding, automatic for continuous condensate discharge, or manual where you prefer hands-on draining. Pick the 40 um standard element for general protection or the 5 um W grade where finer filtration matters - this unit carries the 5 um grade. The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales - this configuration has the round, bar-scale gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT available to order; a bracket can be included or omitted. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line size and operating conditions and we will confirm the relevant flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us. C3 means an external round gauge fitted, reading in bar (1 would be MPa, 2 psi). The unit also carries the W grade 5 um element, a differential-pressure drain, and NPT threads - PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as order options.
