The AirTAC GFR60025LJC3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600 is a filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration, GFR60025LJC3WTK, is the size 600 unit with a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain, the low-pressure regulator type, a round pressure gauge scaled in bar, a reverse/check valve fitted, and no mounting bracket. The bowl on size 600 units is aluminium alloy. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge and thread options, and standard or low-pressure regulator types. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air feeds the blow-off manifold that dries bottles riding the filler conveyor, so labels adhere without water spotting.
Regulated plant air supplied to a fine-bubble aeration grid, with 5 um filtration protecting diffuser membranes from particulate carryover.
Low-pressure regulated air keeps resin powder fluidized at the silo cone so material flows evenly to the transfer line without bridging.
Size 600 is the largest GFR frame, matched to 1 in ports; step down through 200, 300 and 400 when your flow curve and port size allow a smaller unit. This code fixes several choices: the W element filters to 5 um instead of the standard 40 um, the differential-pressure drain bleeds the bowl automatically as pressure drops, and the C3 code fits a round gauge scaled in bar (the embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, with MPa, psi and bar scales available). The T in the code selects NPT thread; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) can be ordered. The L code selects the low-pressure regulator type, and J omits the bracket.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order. The exact regulation range of the low-pressure type is not published on our sheet and will be confirmed on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your line pressure, port size and air demand and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request.
It selects the low-pressure regulator type instead of the standard one. The exact adjustment range of the low-pressure type is not published on our sheet, so we confirm it on request. The other codes give this unit its 5 um element (W), NPT thread (T), round bar gauge (C3), no bracket (J) and fitted reverse/check valve (K).
