The AirTAC GFR60025MLF3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60025MLF3T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 600 unit carries a 1 in NPT port, a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, a 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. A square pressure gauge with a bar scale is fitted, a mounting bracket is included, and no reverse (check) valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filter element, and square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning and regulating the air feeding fixture clamps on a CNC machining cell, where workpieces need a filtered supply held at a reduced set pressure rather than full line pressure.
Point-of-use conditioning for weaving machines whose low-pressure circuits need water and particulate removed before the air reaches the machine's control components.
Filtering and regulating air to low-pressure cylinders and actuators on a carton-forming and sealing line, with the square bar gauge giving operators a local pressure reading.
The real choices in this family are the size and port step, the drain type, the filter grade, the gauge and its scale, and the thread. Size 600 is the largest step, with a 1 in port; step down to 200, 300 or 400 when your demand and piping are smaller. Drains: differential-pressure (default), automatic (A) or manual (M, as here). Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. Gauges: an embedded square gauge is standard, an external round gauge is optional, in MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread: PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options - this unit is NPT. A mounting bracket is included on this unit. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
M is a manual drain: the bowl is drained by hand, which suits installations where someone checks the unit regularly. Automatic (A) and differential-pressure (the default) drains are available in the same size if you would rather not drain by hand.
