The AirTAC GR200-06LJC1TK AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR200-06LJC1TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator, size 200, with a 1/8 in NPT port. It is the low-pressure type, so it regulates downstream pressure up to 0.4 MPa, and it accepts a maximum inlet (working) pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This configuration is fitted with an external round pressure gauge scaled in MPa and a reverse (check) valve, and it comes without a mounting bracket; as a GR unit it is also panel-mountable. Because it is a regulator only, it does not filter the air and contains no bowl or drain. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard and low-pressure types, with G (BSPP), NPT or PT threads, gauge and bracket options to suit the circuit. Flow is published by AirTAC as curves rather than a single rated figure, so if you need a flow or datasheet figure for sizing, ask us and we will confirm it on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Sealing jaws and hold-down cylinders on a bagging or wrapping line often run at reduced pressure to avoid crushing delicate film. This low-pressure GR regulator holds the downstream setting on a 1/8 in pilot-air takeoff, and the check valve keeps the setting stable if the main supply dips during machine start-up.
Air-operated switches, logic elements and small actuators on an automated fixture need a steady, low supply pressure to trigger reliably. Fed from a branch off the main FRL, this 1/8 in NPT regulator drops the branch to the low working range the circuit requires, with the built-in gauge giving a direct MPa readout at the panel.
Spray guns and coating applicators in a small finishing cell are supplied at low, carefully held pressure for consistent atomisation. Mounted at the point of use, this regulator steps the shop-air branch down into the low-pressure range, and the round MPa gauge lets the operator verify and reset the setting between batches.
Start with the port and the flow demand: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, the smallest step in the GR range; if your line needs more flow, step up to GR300/400/600 with the matching port. The L in the code marks the low-pressure type, correct where the regulated output must stay at or below 0.4 MPa - if you need up to 0.9 MPa, choose the standard GR type instead. This configuration includes a round gauge scaled in MPa (psi and bar scales are orderable alternatives) and a reverse/check valve that holds the downstream setting if upstream pressure is lost. Thread is NPT here; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also available as an option. Bracket is omitted (code J), so plan for panel mounting or add a bracket variant.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or l/min number for this unit. Tell us your application - supply pressure, required downstream pressure and approximate air demand - and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The L in GR200-06LJC1TK marks the low-pressure type, whose regulation range tops out at 0.4 MPa - suited to pilot air, sensing circuits and low-pressure tooling. If your process needs regulation up to 0.9 MPa, order the standard GR200 type instead (same size 200 and 1/8 in port, without the L code). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) on both types, and operating temperature is -20 to 70 C.
