The AirTAC GR20006C2G AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, G1/8 Port is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006C2G is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This 200-size unit is specified with a G1/8 (BSPP) port, a standard regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and an external round gauge scaled in psi so operators can read and set the working pressure directly. It carries no filter, no bowl and no drain - regulation only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 to 1 inch, G (BSPP) or NPT threads as order options, low-pressure variants, reverse/check-valve versions and gauge choices in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a repeatable clamping pressure on a small pneumatic press or fixture-actuation circuit, with the psi gauge letting the operator verify the setpoint at a glance.
Feed a branch of a machine's air distribution - cylinders, air chucks or small actuators - at a lower, stable pressure than the main header, isolated from header fluctuations.
Regulate supply pressure on a workbench, test rig or laboratory setup where a compact 1/8-inch regulator with a readable psi gauge is needed for tuning tool and instrument air.
Start with the port step: the 200 size takes 1/8-inch ports, and larger sizes (300/400/600) carry larger ports and higher flow capacity - match the size to the air demand of the circuit rather than oversizing on guesswork. Choose the gauge scale to suit the operators: this unit is fitted with a round psi gauge, while MPa and bar scales are available on other variants. Thread is G (BSPP) here; PT is the standard thread and NPT is an order option, so confirm which standard your pipework uses. A mounting bracket is included, and GR units can also be panel-mounted.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering - we will check the datasheet figures with you.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
This unit is fitted with an external round gauge scaled in psi; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are available on other GR variants. The port here is G (BSPP) thread - PT is the standard thread for the series, and NPT is a catalogue option to order, so confirm the thread standard your installation needs.
