The AirTAC GR20006JC2K AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator PT1/8, psi gauge is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006JC2K is an AirTAC GR200 series air pressure regulator for compressed air, built purely for pressure regulation: it holds your downstream pressure steady at the setting you dial in, with no filtering or lubrication function. This configuration is the compact GR200 size with a PT1/8 (1/8 in) port in the standard pressure type, adjusted across a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range. It comes fitted with an external round gauge scaled in psi for direct local readout, and a built-in reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. It is supplied without a mounting bracket, and the GR series is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as order options, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, a low-pressure type, and an optional reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

A compact regulator sets and holds the clamping pressure feeding a workholding cylinder on a milling or drilling fixture, so the grip force stays consistent part after part.
On a carton sealing or wrapping line, the regulator gives the small air cylinders driving pushers and diverters a stable, repeatable pressure independent of shop-air swings.
Mounted at the panel or machine frame, the unit with its psi round gauge and check valve acts as a dedicated set-and-hold supply point for instruments or pilot lines.
Start with the size and port: the GR200 is the smallest step in the GR range, and stepping up through 300, 400 and 600 gives larger ports and higher flow capacity, so match the size to the air your circuit actually consumes. Choose the gauge scale to suit your team: MPa, psi or bar, embedded square or external round. This unit is ordered with a psi round gauge. Decide on the reverse (check) valve: fitted here with code K, it holds downstream pressure on supply loss; omit it if you do not need that. Pick the thread for your piping: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as catalogue options to order. The J code means no mounting bracket is supplied, though the GR body is also panel-mountable. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The K in the code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. The C2 means an external round gauge scaled in psi is included; MPa or bar scales are alternative order options.
