The AirTAC GR20006JF3T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006JF3T is an AirTAC GR200 series air pressure regulator for compressed air, built purely for downstream pressure control: it sets and holds a stable working pressure with no filtering or lubrication function. This unit decodes to 1/8 in NPT ports, the standard regulator type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range, and the F3 option code: an embedded square pressure gauge reading in bar (MPa and psi scales are also available). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the GR series carries the widest temperature window in the G family at -20 to 70 C. The J code means no mounting bracket is fitted; the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR regulator family spans four sizes (GR200 to GR600) with progressively larger ports and flow capacity, and can be ordered with PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, with or without a gauge, bracket or reverse/check valve. Published flow data appears as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Sets the clamping pressure feeding a small bench-mounted pneumatic press or jig, so the operator dials in a repeatable working pressure at the machine rather than at a remote manifold.
Provides a trimmed, stable supply pressure to a positioner or pilot-operated control valve on a process skid, where the 1/8 in NPT port suits compact tubing take-offs.
Regulates bench air feeding laboratory apparatus and test rigs, with the bar-scale square gauge giving a direct local reading and the -20 to 70 C range tolerating unheated rooms.
Size and port are the first choice: step up from GR200 through GR600 as your line flow demand grows, matching the port to your piping (here 1/8 in NPT). Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Other decodable choices: gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - this unit is bar), thread family (PT is standard; G and NPT are order options, as selected here), the low-pressure L type (up to 0.4 MPa) where your circuit runs at reduced pressure, a reverse/check valve (K), and bracket or no-bracket mounting.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or l/min figure. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing from the GR200 datasheet on request before you order.
On GR regulators the gauge code letter sets the gauge style and the digit sets the scale: F is the square gauge and 3 is the bar scale. This unit therefore ships with an embedded square gauge reading in bar; MPa (1) and psi (2) scales are available on other codes, and N in place of F means no gauge.
