The AirTAC GR20006LF2G AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator, G1/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006LF2G is an AirTAC GR-series pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a steady downstream air pressure from a compressed-air supply. This unit is the low-pressure type, so its setting range tops out at 0.4 MPa, and it is built in size 200 with a 1/8 in port threaded G (BSPP). A square pressure gauge scaled in psi is fitted as standard, so the set point can be read directly at the unit; an external round gauge is available as an option. As a pure regulator it has no filter bowl and no drain - pair it with a GF filter upstream if the line needs water and particulate removal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard and low-pressure types, with gauge scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT are order options) and bracket choices to suit the installation. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Feeding soft-jaw clamps on a carton-sealing line, where the clamp force must stay gentle on delicate packs and the operator needs a visible psi set point at the machine.
Regulating the atomising air to a bench-top coating or test rig that requires a low, stable pressure, with the fitted square gauge letting a technician verify the setting at a glance.
Holding a reduced supply pressure to the yarn-guide and doffing cylinders on a weaving line, where a dedicated low-pressure regulator keeps the actuation circuit independent of the main header.
Size and port are the first choice: step up through 200/300/400/600 as the line's flow demand grows, and match the port code to your piping (here 06 = 1/8 in). This unit is the L low-pressure type - correct when the process must never see more than 0.4 MPa; if you need the full standard range, choose a GR without the L code. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge (fitted here, psi scale) or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is G (BSPP) on this model; PT is the standard offering and G/NPT are catalogue options to order. A mounting bracket is included, and the GR can also be panel-mounted. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Tell us your line conditions and required downstream flow and we will confirm the datasheet curves and correct size for your application on request.
L marks the low-pressure type: its setting range tops out at 0.4 MPa, unlike the standard GR range. F2 means the embedded square gauge is fitted and scaled in psi; square gauges can also be ordered in MPa or bar scales, and an external round gauge is available as an option.
