The AirTAC GR20006LF2GK AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator, G1/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006LF2GK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from your compressed-air supply. This is the low-pressure type (code L), with an adjustment range up to 0.4 MPa, in the compact GR200 size with a G1/8 port (G/BSPP thread; PT is the catalogue standard and NPT is also an order option). The code F2 specifies the embedded square gauge with a psi scale, and K means a reverse/check valve is fitted so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family. A mounting bracket is included, and the GR can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, in standard or low-pressure versions, with your choice of gauge type and scale, an optional reverse/check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a gentle, stable supply pressure to spray guns and air-assisted applicators where the process calls for a low setpoint, using the low-pressure adjustment range of this GR200 regulator.
Hold a low, repeatable downstream pressure on the pneumatic hold-down and clamping legs of a carton or blister line, with the check valve keeping the clamp from relaxing if upstream supply dips.
Trim the bench air feed on a lab or QC test rig to a precise low-pressure setpoint, with the psi-scaled square gauge giving a direct local readout at the panel.
Start with the port: this unit is G1/8, the smallest GR200 offering; step up through GR300, GR400 and GR600 as your line size and air demand grow. Choose the low-pressure type (L) only when your setpoint sits below 0.4 MPa - otherwise the standard GR covers the full 0.05-0.9 MPa range. Decide on the gauge: embedded square as here (F) or the optional external round (C), with MPa, psi or bar scales. Specify the thread to match your piping: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options. Add K if you want the reverse/check valve, and J only if you do not want the bracket. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the flow curve and correct sizing from the datasheet on request.
L is the low-pressure regulator type, with an adjustment range up to 0.4 MPa instead of the standard 0.05-0.9 MPa. F2 specifies the embedded square gauge with a psi scale. K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, which holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost. This unit also carries G (BSPP) threading on its G1/8 port; PT is the catalogue standard and NPT is an order option.
