The AirTAC GR20006LF3T AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator, NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006LF3T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port. This is the low-pressure type, so outlet pressure is adjusted within a range up to 0.4 MPa, and the unit carries an embedded square gauge scaled in bar. As a pure regulator it performs pressure regulation only: there is no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator in this family. A mounting bracket is included, and the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200 to 600 with 1/8 in to 1 in ports, standard or low-pressure regulation, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, an optional reverse/check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, bar scale |
| Reflux valve | Not fitted |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable low-pressure feed to spray guns and air-assisted applicators in a finishing booth, where the process calls for reduced outlet pressure rather than full line pressure.
Regulate supply pressure to compact cylinders and air chutes on a light-duty packaging or cartoning machine, keeping actuation pressure low and repeatable at the point of use.
Give a laboratory or pilot rig a dedicated low-pressure air branch, with a bar-scaled gauge for direct local adjustment during test runs and setup changes.
Start with the port step: size 200 with a 1/8 in port suits the smallest branch circuits, while sizes 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity - match the size to the air demand of the circuit rather than oversizing on guesswork. Choose the low-pressure type (this model, up to 0.4 MPa) only where the process genuinely runs at low outlet pressure; the standard GR type covers the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa range. Pick the gauge scale you read in - this unit is bar; MPa and psi scales are available. Thread is NPT here; PT is the catalogue standard and G is also orderable. A reverse/check valve (code K) can be fitted if the circuit needs it.
One honest note on sizing: flow for the GR series is published as curves, not a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number for this regulator. Tell us your line pressure, outlet setting and the air demand of the circuit, and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet on request before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure type: outlet pressure is adjusted within a range up to 0.4 MPa. Choose it where the process genuinely runs at low outlet pressure. If your circuit needs the full standard range up to 0.9 MPa, order the standard GR type instead - the L suffix is a real catalogue variant, not a setting you can change in the field.
