The AirTAC GR20006LJF2K AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator, PT1/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006LJF2K is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a steady downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This is the low-pressure type (code L), so its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa, and it is built in size 200 with 1/8 in PT ports. The code also specifies a fitted embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse (check) valve (code K) that lets downstream air pass back through the unit, and no mounting bracket (code J) - the GR body is also panel-mountable. Because it is a regulator only, there is no filter, no bowl and no drain; it must not be asked to remove water or particles.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family runs from size 200 to size 600, with standard and low-pressure types, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, a reverse-valve option, and PT, G or NPT threads by order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

| Series | GR200 pressure regulator |

| Regulating range | 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) |
| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a gentle, stable holding pressure for pneumatic clamps and hold-downs on a packaging line, where the process calls for a setpoint below the standard regulator range.
Feed spray, coating or test-bench air circuits that must run at a low, steady pressure, with the psi gauge giving operators a direct local reading.
Provide a regulated low-pressure pilot signal to diaphragm valves and actuators on a process skid, with the check valve protecting the setting from downstream backflow.
Pick the GR size (200 to 600) and port (1/8 in up to 1 in) against the flow your line needs - the larger the size, the larger the port and the greater the flow capacity. Then decide the type: this low-pressure version adjusts up to 0.4 MPa, while the standard GR covers 0.05-0.9 MPa, so match the type to your set pressure. Choose the gauge scale you want (this unit is psi), whether a reverse/check valve is needed, and the thread: PT is the standard, with G and NPT available as order options. Bracket or no bracket is also a code choice. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and check the sizing for you on request.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure type: its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa instead of the standard GR range of 0.05-0.9 MPa. Choose it when your process setpoint sits in the low band; for higher setpoints, the standard type is the correct choice. The rest of the decode - PT1/8 ports, square psi gauge, check valve, no bracket - is unchanged.
