The AirTAC GR20006NTK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006NTK is a genuine AirTAC GR200 series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, and it carries no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator. This unit is the 200 size with a 1/8 in NPT port (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options), the standard regulator type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) against a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The K in the code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream air is held if the upstream supply drops. No gauge is fitted on this code (N), and a mounting bracket is included; the GR series is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional low-pressure (L) versions, gauge choices with MPa, psi or bar scales, and threaded ports in PT, G or NPT. Flow for the GR200 is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold the clamp-cylinder pressure on a carton-sealing line, with the fitted check valve holding the downstream setting if the shop-air supply dips.
Drop machine-supply air to the pressure the tool-change and workholding cylinders were designed for, right at the machine's 1/8 in inlet.
Give each operator bench on a small assembly cell its own downstream pressure setting, independent of the main header pressure.
Start with the port step: the GR series steps through 200 (1/8-1/4 in), 300 (3/8-1/2 in), 400 (3/4 in) and 600 (1 in), and the right size is the one whose flow curve covers your demand at an acceptable pressure drop - we can check that against the datasheet curves on request. Decide the gauge: this code ships with no gauge (N), but gauge versions are available with MPa, psi or bar scales. Choose the thread: PT is the standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order. A J code removes the bracket; this unit includes one, and GR also panel-mounts. If your set pressure never exceeds 0.4 MPa, the low-pressure (L) type is the matching variant, and the K code here adds a reverse (check) valve for hold-up of downstream pressure.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your application's flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request.
The N in GR20006NTK means no gauge is fitted. Gauge versions of the GR series are available with an embedded square gauge or an optional external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales - tell us which scale you want and we will confirm the matching code.
