The AirTAC GR20008JC3TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20008JC3TK is an AirTAC GR200 series air pressure regulator, a genuine AirTAC part built for one job: holding a stable, adjustable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This configuration is the 200 size with 1/4 in NPT female ports, the standard regulator type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). It is fitted with an external round pressure gauge scaled in bar, and a reverse (check) valve is included so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. No mounting bracket is fitted with this code, and the GR body is also panel-mountable.
The GR family runs from size 200 up to 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in and your choice of PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT threads, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, a low-pressure type (L) rated up to 0.4 MPa, and an optional reverse valve. GR is regulation only: it has no filter bowl and no lubricator. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rated number, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application before you order.

| Pressure type | Standard type |

| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, bar scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Sets and holds the regulated pressure feeding clamp cylinders on a CNC fixture, with the check valve holding clamp force if the main air supply drops.
Regulates the 1/4 in air feed to pick-and-place cylinders and diverters on a packaging line, keeping actuator speeds consistent shift after shift.
Provides a stable, adjustable pressure to stopper and gate cylinders along a conveyor line, so parts are presented gently and repeatably at each station.
Start with the size and port: the 200 step of the GR family takes 1/4 in ports, and the right size is the one whose flow curve covers your machine's air demand at an acceptable pressure drop - we can check the curve against your consumption if you send the figures. This unit is the standard type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range; if your line runs below that, the L low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa) is the alternative. The round external gauge here reads in bar; psi and MPa scales are also available if your operators prefer them. Thread is NPT on this code, with PT (the standard) and G (BSPP) as orderable options. The K reverse valve is fitted, which suits circuits where a held downstream pressure matters; omit it if not. No bracket is included with this code, and the GR is also panel-mountable. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your air consumption and acceptable pressure drop and we will confirm the datasheet curve for the GR200 at 1/4 in NPT before you order.
The K in the code GR20008JC3TK means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost - useful on clamping or holding circuits. The C3 means an external round gauge scaled in bar; square embedded gauges and MPa or psi scales are also options in the GR range.
