The AirTAC GR20008LJNTK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/4" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20008LJNTK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This is the low-pressure type, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa, with a 1/4 in NPT port. It is built without a pressure gauge and without a mounting bracket, and it carries a reverse/check valve so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. As a regulator it contains no filter and no bowl, so it neither removes water nor adds lubricant; pair it with a filter or F.R.L. set if the line needs those.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family runs in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard or low-pressure versions, with optional gauges, brackets and reverse valves. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a carton-sealing or wrapping machine, delicate pneumatic arms and hold-downs need a gentle, steady supply pressure. This low-pressure GR regulator, set below 0.4 MPa, keeps those actuators from slamming, and the reverse/check valve holds their position if the plant air drops.
A workholding fixture that clamps soft or finished parts needs controlled, moderate clamping force rather than full line pressure. The GR20008LJNTK regulates the clamp circuit at a low setpoint, and the check valve keeps the clamps engaged during a momentary air-supply loss.
Instrument and pilot circuits on a processing skid often run at reduced pressure to protect sensors, pilot valves and small cylinders. Panel-mount this GR regulator at the takeoff point to feed those circuits a stable low-pressure supply, independent of the main header pressure.
Start with the size and port: GR comes in 200/300/400/600, and the 200 size here takes a 1/4 in port - step up a size if your line's flow demand calls for a larger port. Then check the pressure class: this is the low-pressure (L) type, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa; if you need the full standard range, order the non-L variant instead. Thread is your next choice: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options - this unit is specified with NPT. You can also choose a version with or without gauge, with or without bracket, and with or without the reverse/check valve fitted as here.
Because flow for this series is published as curves and not a single rated number, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow for the GR200 at your supply and set pressures before you order.
The GR family is regulation only: it contains no filter, so there is no drain bowl to service. The code N in GR20008LJNTK means no gauge is fitted; a version with an embedded square gauge is available if you want a local pressure readout, and the GR can also be panel-mounted.
