The AirTAC GR30008JC2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, G1/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30008JC2GK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only: it controls downstream pressure and nothing else - no filtration and no lubrication. This 300-size unit is decodes to a 1/4 in port with G (BSPP) thread, a standard regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), an external round gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. It ships without a mounting bracket, and the GR body is also panel-mountable. Because it is a regulator, there is no bowl and no drain.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, gauge and scale options, a low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa), and PT, G or NPT threads to order. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C - wider than the rest of the G family. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a stable, reduced pressure to a pneumatic press or clamping cylinder, with the check valve helping hold the set pressure if the main supply dips mid-cycle.
Regulate the shop-air feed to tool changers, clamps and air-assist functions on a CNC machining centre, with the round psi gauge giving operators a clear local reading.
Trim the pressure feeding carton-sealing and wrapping actuators on a packaging line, protecting lighter-duty cylinders from full header pressure.
Pick the GR size by the port and flow step you need: 200 for 1/8-1/4 in ports, 300 for 1/4-3/8 in, 400 for 1/2 in, 600 for 3/4-1 in - larger sizes carry more flow. This unit is the 300 size with a 1/4 in G-thread port; PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are order options, so match your piping. Choose the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and round vs embedded square gauge to suit your operators; this one has an external round psi gauge. The K code adds a reverse/check valve - useful where a held downstream pressure matters - and the J code omits the bracket if you panel-mount instead. The L-code low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa) exists if your circuit never exceeds that. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The C2 in the code specifies an external round gauge reading in psi (MPa and bar scales are also available). The K code means a reverse/check valve is fitted, which helps hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost. The GR is also panel-mountable, and this J-coded unit comes without a bracket.
