The AirTAC GR30008LJF2 AirTAC Pressure Regulator PT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30008LJF2 is an AirTAC GR300 air pressure regulator for compressed air, with a PT1/4 (1/4 in) port. This is the L low-pressure type, so it regulates outlet pressure up to 0.4 MPa while accepting a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). A square pressure gauge scaled in psi is embedded as standard, and the unit operates in temperatures from -20 to 70 C. No mounting bracket is fitted with this code; the GR300 can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard or low-pressure types, with or without a gauge and bracket, and with MPa, psi or bar gauge scales and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On carton-sealing and hold-down stations where full line pressure would crush the product, this low-pressure regulator sets a gentle, stable actuation pressure below 0.4 MPa for the clamp cylinders.
Sample-handling cylinders and low-force actuation on laboratory or pilot-plant rigs need a finely limited supply pressure; the psi-scaled square gauge makes setting and checking the point straightforward.
Hold-down air and low-pressure air knives on food and packaging conveyors run best on a dedicated reduced-pressure branch; this PT1/4 regulator supplies that branch independently of the main line setting.
Start with the size and port step: GR sizes 200 to 600 cover ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, so match the step to the air demand of your circuit - we can check the published flow curves against your requirement before you order. Then pick the regulator type: this L version regulates up to 0.4 MPa, while the standard GR type covers 0.05 to 0.9 MPa. The remaining decodable choices are the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), the thread (PT is the standard here, with G and NPT as order options), and whether a mounting bracket is fitted - this code carries none, and GR also panel-mounts.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and the air demand of the circuit, and we will confirm the datasheet curve for the GR300 against your application before you order.
L is the low-pressure regulator type, which regulates up to 0.4 MPa instead of the standard type's 0.05 to 0.9 MPa range. F2 means the embedded square pressure gauge is scaled in psi. J means no mounting bracket is fitted, though the unit can still be panel-mounted. The port is PT1/4, with G and NPT threads available as order options.
