The AirTAC GR30008LJF2K AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator, PT1/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30008LJF2K is an AirTAC GR300 low-pressure air pressure regulator with a PT1/4 (1/4 in) port. It is a regulation-only unit: it sets and holds downstream air pressure with no filtration and no lubrication, and it carries no bowl or drain. As the L (low-pressure) type, its regulation range is up to 0.4 MPa, with a maximum working (inlet) pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This configuration is fitted with an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse (check) valve, and no mounting bracket, so it is panel-mountable. Its operating temperature range is -20 to 70 C (non-freezing), wider than the rest of the G-series.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard or low-pressure types, with or without a bracket, gauge or reverse valve, and in PT, G (BSPP) or NPT thread. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Sets a reduced, stable supply pressure to the low-pressure section of a packaging line's pneumatic circuit, with the square psi gauge giving the operator a direct local reading at the machine.
Regulates the supply to blow-off nozzles and air knives where a modest set point below 0.4 MPa is wanted, and the fitted check valve helps hold the setting in the downstream circuit.
Provides panel-mounted pressure regulation for clamping and actuating circuits on a machine tool or workholding fixture, with the 1/4 in port matching typical machine drop lines.
Choose the GR size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: sizes 200 to 600 step up in port size (1/8 in to 1 in) and capacity, but published flow is curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against the application before ordering. Pick the low-pressure (L) type only when the set point stays at or below 0.4 MPa; for higher set points use the standard GR type. This unit is ordered with a square psi gauge; MPa and bar scales are also available. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options. The K code here means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, and the J code means no bracket - the GR is also panel-mountable.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no one rated flow figure we can quote. Send us your line pressure, set point and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The L in the code makes this a low-pressure regulator: its regulation range is up to 0.4 MPa, suited to circuits that never need a higher set point. The F2 code means the embedded square gauge fitted reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are also available, and an external round gauge is an optional alternative.
