The AirTAC GR30010C1TK AirTAC Regulator, NPT 3/8 in, Round Gauge is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010C1TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air, and nothing more: it reduces and holds downstream pressure, with no filtration and no lubrication. This 300-size unit carries a 3/8 in NPT port, is the standard (not low-pressure) type, and adjusts across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The C1 in the code means an external round gauge scaled in MPa is fitted, the K means a reverse (check) valve is built in so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost, and the bracket is included - the GR can also be panel-mounted. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT thread, with or without gauge, low-pressure type, check valve or bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, reduced pressure to a bench-mounted pneumatic press or clamping fixture, with the check valve holding the set pressure at the tool if the main supply dips.
Feed sealing jaws and packaging actuators on a packaging line at a controlled pressure below the main header, with the round MPa gauge giving the operator a clear setpoint readout.
Panel-mount the GR300 in a control cabinet air branch to regulate air to valves and pilot circuits, using the included bracket and the built-in check valve for supply-loss hold-up.
Start with the port step: this unit is 300 size at 3/8 in NPT; the GR family steps through 200/300/400/600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, so pick the size that matches your line and expected flow. This is the standard type; a low-pressure version (code L, up to 0.4 MPa) exists if your setpoint sits low. The fitted round gauge reads in MPa; psi (scale 2) and bar (scale 3) scales are order options. Thread choices are PT (the catalogue standard), G (BSPP) or NPT - order the suffix you need. The K code here means the reverse/check valve is fitted; omit it if you do not need downstream hold-up. A no-bracket version (J) is available.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not a single rated number, so we cannot quote you a rated flow figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the curve data against it before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not state a rated flow, Cv or l/min number. Tell us your application and required flow and we will confirm the datasheet curve data for this 300-size, 3/8 in unit on request before you order.
C1 means an external round pressure gauge scaled in MPa is fitted (psi and bar scales are order options, and an embedded square gauge is the alternative style). K means a reverse (check) valve is built in, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is interrupted. Both are decodable order options on the GR range.
