The AirTAC GR30010F2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator G3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010F2GK is a genuine AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in size 300 with a G3/8 (BSPP) port. It does one job only: reducing and holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, adjustable across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). This configuration is fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and the K code means a reverse (check) valve is built in, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. The mounting bracket is included, and the GR body is also panel-mountable.
GR300 is one of four sizes in the GR range (200/300/400/600), each stepping up in port size and flow capacity, with PT, G and NPT thread options. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G-series family. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a repeatable working pressure on a bench pneumatic press, with the psi gauge giving the operator a direct reading at the setpoint.
Feed sealing and clamping cylinders on a packaging line from a regulated branch, with the check valve holding the circuit if the main supply dips.
Regulate pressure at a 3/8 in. take-off point on a factory air main so downstream tools and actuators see a stable supply regardless of header swings.
Choose the size by port and required flow: this unit steps up to 3/8 in. The square gauge here reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are also available, and an external round gauge is an option if you prefer. The fitted check valve (K) suits circuits where the actuator side must stay pressurised during a supply drop; omit it if that is not needed. Thread is G here, with PT and NPT orderable. GR is regulation only - pair it with a GF filter upstream if the air needs cleaning.
Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Ask us and we will confirm the datasheet curves and check the sizing against your application before you order.
K marks that a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is retained if the upstream supply is interrupted. Units without the K code have no check valve. This unit also carries F2: a square gauge scaled in psi.
