The AirTAC GR30010JC2T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010JC2T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only. It reduces and holds a stable downstream pressure, adjustable across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), with a maximum working (inlet) pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This unit is the 300 size with a 3/8 in NPT port, carries a fitted round pressure gauge scaled in psi, and has no bracket fitted. As a pure regulator it contains no filter and no bowl, so it performs regulation only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT thread, with optional low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa), reverse/check valve, panel mounting and gauge scale choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Holding a steady set pressure on the supply line feeding directional valves and cylinders in a machine's pneumatic circuit, so stroke speed and clamping force stay consistent through the shift.
Regulating downstream pressure on carton-sealing and wrapping machines, where the sealing jaws and vacuum generators need a fixed, repeatable supply pressure independent of compressor swings.
Setting a safe, controlled pressure at an individual air drop or hose reel station, so impact wrenches, grinders and blow guns run at the pressure the operator selects rather than full line pressure.
Choose the GR size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port, and larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Other decodable choices: gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar, embedded square or external round), thread (PT is standard; G and NPT are order options), the low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa where the circuit needs it, a reverse/check valve, and whether to include a mounting bracket or use panel mounting.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The C2 in the code means an external round gauge scaled in psi is fitted. The embedded square gauge is the standard option, and gauge scales are available in MPa, psi or bar, so you can order the GR300 in the scale that matches your plant's gauges.
