The AirTAC GR30010JC3T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010JC3T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator, a genuine AirTAC part dedicated to one job: holding a stable, adjustable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This 300-size unit is fitted with a 3/8 in NPT port, the round external pressure gauge reading in bar, and no mounting bracket, so it is ready to panel-mount or line up on an existing manifold where a bracket is not needed. No check valve is fitted, so downstream air can back-flow through the unit when the upstream supply is removed.
The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of PT, G or NPT threads, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, a low-pressure type (L) rated up to 0.4 MPa, and an optional check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the standard regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), with a working temperature of -20 to 70 C. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold the working pressure feeding a small pneumatic press or clamping fixture, so the tooling sees a consistent setpoint regardless of swings in the shop-air header.
Regulate the air feeding cylinders on a packaging or cartoning conveyor line, keeping actuator speeds repeatable by pinning the supply pressure at the value the line was set up for.
Panel-mount the regulator inside a machine control cabinet as the setpoint station for a sub-circuit, with the round bar gauge giving the operator a direct local pressure readout.
Start with the port step: this unit is 300 size with a 3/8 in NPT thread, and the GR family steps through 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 in across sizes 200 to 600 - match the size to the flow your line needs. Choose the gauge scale you want to read (this one is bar; MPa and psi are also available) and decide between the standard embedded square gauge and the external round gauge fitted here. Pick the thread to suit your piping: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and note the J code means no bracket is supplied. If your circuit runs below 0.4 MPa, the L low-pressure type is worth considering instead.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a flow number, Cv or SCFM value here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and the equipment you are supplying, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The C in the code GR30010JC3T specifies the external round gauge, and the 3 sets its scale to bar. If you prefer to read in MPa or psi, or want the embedded square gauge instead, the same 300-size 3/8 in NPT regulator is available with those options - just ask and we will decode the right part number with you.
