The AirTAC GR30010LJC2G AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, G3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010LJC2G is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job only, holding a stable downstream pressure from your compressed-air supply. This is the low-pressure type, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa, in the 300 size with a G3/8 (3/8 in) BSPP port. It carries no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator, so it is the right choice when the air is already cleaned elsewhere and you only need control. An external round gauge with a psi scale is fitted so the set pressure can be read directly, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket while remaining panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge and thread options, and panel-mount capability. Flow for the GR300 is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application before you order.

| Regulating range | 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) |
| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Not fitted |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a gentle, steady supply pressure to spray guns and air-assisted applicators on a finishing line, where coatings need low regulated air rather than full line pressure.
Regulate the low-pressure air feeding weft-insertion jets and cleaning nozzles on weaving machines, downstream of the main filter set.
Hold a repeatable clamping pressure on fixture cylinders and swing clamps in a weld cell, protecting delicate jigs from full header pressure.
Pick the size by the port and flow step you need: 200 for 1/8"-1/4" lines, 300 for 3/8"-1/2", 400 for 1/2"-3/4", 600 for 3/4"-1". Choose the standard type for the full adjustment range or this low-pressure (L) type when your setpoint stays at or below 0.4 MPa. Select the gauge scale you want (MPa, psi or bar) and the thread: PT is the AirTAC standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options. Decide on a bracket or panel mounting, and whether a reverse/check valve is needed. Because flow is published only as curves and not as a single rating, send us your line size and demand and we will confirm the right size before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR300 flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve against your application before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure version: its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa instead of the standard GR range. It suits circuits that run gentle setpoints, such as spray, jet or clamping applications, and it keeps the same 1.0 MPa maximum inlet pressure and -20 to 70 C operating window as the rest of the GR family.
