The AirTAC GR30010LJF2 AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator PT3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010LJF2 is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator, built purely for pressure regulation - it contains no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator. This configuration is the low-pressure type, holding downstream pressure at up to 0.4 MPa, and is sized 300 with 3/8 in PT threaded ports. An embedded square gauge graduated in psi is fitted so the set pressure can be read directly at the unit, and the body is supplied without a mounting bracket, though the GR series is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is available as standard or low-pressure type, with or without gauge and bracket, in PT, G or NPT thread. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Not fitted |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Feeding low-pressure air to clamping and hold-down cylinders on a carton-sealing or wrapping line, where the process calls for a setpoint below 0.4 MPa and the square psi gauge lets operators verify the setting at the machine.
Regulating supply pressure to light-duty pneumatic presses, screwdrivers or test fixtures at an assembly bench, holding a stable low-pressure setpoint so the tooling sees consistent air at each cycle.
Trimming compressed air down to a gentle, controlled pressure for lab benches, pilot rigs or sample-handling equipment, where a low-pressure regulator with a clear psi readout keeps delicate apparatus within its working range.
Choose the GR size and port step against the air demand of the circuit downstream - larger sizes carry larger ports and higher flow capacity, with flow published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Pick the low-pressure type (this model, up to 0.4 MPa) when the process runs below the standard range; the standard GR covers 0.05-0.9 MPa. Select the gauge you want: the embedded square gauge is standard, an external round gauge is optional, with MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and the bracket can be included or omitted (J).
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number for this model. Tell us your application and downstream air demand and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The L in the model code marks the low-pressure type, which regulates up to 0.4 MPa instead of the standard GR range of 0.05-0.9 MPa. Choose it when your process must run below 0.4 MPa; choose the standard type for the full range. The trailing F2 also means the fitted square gauge is scaled in psi.
