The AirTAC GR30010LJF2T AirTAC Air Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010LJF2T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream air pressure from a compressed-air supply. This is the low-pressure (L) type, whose set pressure goes up to 0.4 MPa, in the GR300 size with a 3/8 in NPT thread. The trailing F2 in the code means the embedded square pressure gauge is fitted with a psi scale, so the set point is read directly in psi. The J code means no mounting bracket is supplied; GR bodies are also panel-mountable. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family. As a regulator, this unit has no filter, no bowl and no drain, and it performs no lubrication.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, in standard and low-pressure types, with or without gauge, bracket or reverse/check valve, and in PT, G or NPT thread. Flow figures for GR regulators are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a machine-tool fixture or workholding clamp that must not see full line pressure, the GR30010LJF2T lets a technician set and read a lower holding pressure in psi on the square gauge, keeping the clamp force gentle on delicate parts.
On a laboratory or test-rig bench where instruments and pneumatic controls need a mild, steady supply well below shop-air pressure, the low-pressure type holds the set point up to 0.4 MPa, with the psi gauge making repeatable settings easy.
On packaging, textile or converting machinery where actuators, jets or tension devices are rated for reduced air pressure, this 3/8 in NPT regulator drops the header supply to the pressure the line was designed for and holds it steady through the shift.
Size and port are the first choice: step up through GR200, GR300, GR400 and GR600 as the required air flow grows, matching the port to your piping (here 3/8 in NPT). Choose the standard type for set pressures up to 0.9 MPa, or the low-pressure L type, as on this unit, where the process only needs settings up to 0.4 MPa. Pick the gauge scale to suit the operator: MPa, psi or bar, in the embedded square gauge or an optional external round gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options. Brackets are optional; GR can also be panel-mounted. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one flow number we can honestly quote for this model. Tell us your flow demand and upstream/downstream pressures, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type, whose set pressure range goes up to 0.4 MPa instead of the standard type's higher range - the right choice where the process only needs gentle settings. F2 means the embedded square pressure gauge is fitted with a psi scale. The code also shows a 3/8 in NPT thread and no mounting bracket; GR bodies are also panel-mountable.
