The AirTAC GR30010LJF3T AirTAC Low-Pressure Air Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010LJF3T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding downstream pressure steady at the value you set. This is the low-pressure type, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa, in the size-300 body with 3/8 in NPT ports. It is supplied with the embedded square gauge scaled in bar, so the set point can be read directly at the unit. As a regulator it has no filter element and no bowl - pair it with a separate filter if the line needs one.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include a low-pressure type, gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), a reverse/check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, bar scale |
| Reflux valve | Not fitted |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a gentle, stable holding pressure for pneumatic clamps and work supports on a machining fixture, where full-line pressure would be far too high for the part.
Feed the low-pressure branch of a packaging line - sealing bars, hold-down pads and gentle actuation - from the main plant air at a controlled set point.
Regulate the air delivered to spray guns and atomising lines in a paint or coating booth, where finish quality depends on a steady, moderate pressure.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 300 with 3/8 in NPT ports; step up to size 400 or 600 when the line needs more capacity, or down to 200 for compact circuits. Set range matters: this is the L low-pressure type, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa - choose the standard GR type if you need the full 0.05-0.9 MPa range. The fitted square gauge reads in bar; MPa or psi scales are available as options. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard GR thread and G (BSPP) is also an order option. The J code means no mounting bracket is supplied, though GR is also panel-mountable.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your application and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Tell us your line pressure, set point and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure type, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa - ideal for circuits that must never see full line pressure. If your application needs the full 0.05-0.9 MPa range, order the standard GR300 in the same size and port; the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and thread (PT, G or NPT) can be chosen to match.
