The AirTAC GR30010NT AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT 3/8 in is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010NT is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air, providing pressure regulation only - no filtration and no lubrication. This 300-size unit has a 3/8 in NPT port, a standard regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) across a -20 to 70 C temperature span. No gauge is fitted in this configuration, and the unit ships with a mounting bracket; the GR series is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G and NPT threads, with optional gauge, low-pressure type and reverse/check valve variants. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, reduced working pressure to a 3/8 in-fed pneumatic press or clamping fixture downstream of the plant air supply, so the tooling cycles at the pressure the die was set up for.
Regulate the feed pressure to cylinders and actuators on a packaging or cartoning machine, keeping sealing arms and product pushers consistent from shift to shift.
Drop header pressure to a safe working level at an individual machine drop or work cell, protecting downstream valves and cylinders from full line pressure.
Choose the GR size by the port and flow step your line needs: 200, 300, 400 or 600, with ports stepping from 1/8 in up to 1 in. Decide whether you want a gauge fitted (square embedded or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales), whether the standard 0.05-0.9 MPa range is enough or the low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa) suits the circuit, and whether a reverse/check valve is needed. Thread is PT as the standard, with G and NPT as orderable options; a bracket is included and panel mounting is also possible for GR. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow only as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a Cv, l/min or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request, so you can size the 300-size 3/8 in unit against your demand before ordering.
No. The N suffix in the model code means no gauge is fitted. If you want to read the outlet setting directly, order a GR300 variant with the gauge option instead - an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scale - or specify the gauge code when ordering.
