The AirTAC GR30015F1TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015F1TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the 300 size, supplied with a 1/2 in NPT port. It does one job only: it holds a stable downstream pressure from your compressed-air supply, adjustable across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). This configuration arrives with an embedded square gauge on the MPa scale already fitted, so the set pressure is visible without extra parts, and a reverse/check valve built in. The maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the unit operates from -20 to 70 C - a wider temperature window than the rest of the G family, which suits colder shops and outdoor drops.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, gauge scale choices of MPa, psi or bar, a low-pressure type, and PT, G or NPT threads. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet and flow data for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Feeding the air cylinders on a carton-forming and sealing line, where a steady regulated pressure keeps stroke speed consistent from the first case of the shift to the last.
Regulating the supply to pneumatic gates, stoppers and diverters on a conveyor system, so product-handling motions stay predictable as the main header pressure drifts.
Sitting at the take-off point of a plant air manifold, dropping header pressure to the level a machine's valve island and actuators were designed for, with the check valve holding the setting if supply dips.
Start with the port step: the 300 size takes a 1/2 in connection here, and larger sizes carry more flow - match the size to the air demand of the circuit rather than upsizing blindly. Because flow is published as curves and not as one rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Then fix the options: gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar; this unit ships with the square MPa gauge fitted), thread family (PT is the standard; G and NPT are orderable options - this unit is NPT), the low-pressure type if you regulate below the standard range, and whether a bracket is needed for panel or surface mounting (included here; GR is also panel-mountable).
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, SCFM or Cv number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request before you order.
F1 means the square gauge is fitted on the MPa scale (psi and bar scales and an external round gauge are the other options). K means a reverse/check valve is built in. The T at the end is the thread: NPT, with PT as the standard and G also available as an order option.
