The AirTAC GR30015JF2T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015JF2T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only. It does one job - holding a stable downstream pressure - and carries no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. This 300-size unit is configured with a 1/2 in NPT port, the standard regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and a square pressure gauge reading in psi. The trailing J means no mounting bracket is fitted, so plan for panel or manifold mounting; the GR family is also panel-mountable. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, plus optional G (BSPP) or NPT threads, low-pressure types, reverse/check valves and gauge scale choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a steady downstream pressure for the cylinders that drive carton forming, sealing and clamp stations on a packaging line, so cycle behavior stays repeatable across shifts.
Regulate the air feeding a bench press or workholding fixture so clamping force is set once at the regulator and held, independent of shop-air swings.
Drop the regulated branch pressure at each machine section on a panel-built manifold, with the square psi gauge giving the operator a direct local reading.
Pick the GR size by the port step and the flow your line needs: 200 for 1/8-1/4 in ports, 300 for 3/8-1/2 in, 400 for 1/2-3/4 in, and 600 for 1 in. This unit is the 300 size with a 1/2 in NPT port. Choose the gauge scale you want to read - MPa, psi or bar - and whether you prefer the embedded square gauge or the optional external round gauge. Thread is PT as the AirTAC standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is the NPT variant. Decide between the standard type and the low-pressure (L) type, which regulates up to 0.4 MPa, and whether you want the reverse/check valve option or a mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM figure. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
In the GR code, F selects the square gauge and the trailing 2 selects the psi scale (MPa, psi and bar scales are available). The trailing T selects the NPT thread; PT is the AirTAC standard thread and G (BSPP) is also an order option. This unit is supplied without a mounting bracket (J), which suits panel or manifold mounting.
