The AirTAC GR30015LC1T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015LC1T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding your downstream pressure steady at the setpoint you dial in. This is the low-pressure (L) type, so its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa - the right choice for circuits that must never see high pressure. The 300 size with 1/2 in NPT thread suits main branch lines feeding multiple actuators or a work cell. A round external gauge with MPa scale is fitted so the setpoint is visible at the panel, and the unit is supplied with a mounting bracket; GR regulators can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, standard and low-pressure types, gauge and scale options, an optional reverse/check valve (K), and G (BSPP), NPT or PT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Setting a gentle, stable supply pressure to spray guns and air-assisted applicators on a finishing line, where the low-pressure ceiling of the L type protects delicate atomising setups.
Regulating the branch feeding sealing arms and small pneumatic cylinders on a cartoning or wrapping machine, with the fitted MPa gauge letting operators verify the setpoint at a glance.
Holding a fixed, low clamping pressure on pneumatic clamps and swing cylinders at a CNC fixture, so workpieces are gripped consistently without over-pressurising the clamp circuit.
Size the GR by the flow your line needs: step up from 200 to 300 to 400 to 600 for larger ports and more flow, then match the port - here 1/2 in NPT (the T suffix; PT is the standard thread and G/NPT are order options). Because this is the L low-pressure type, choose it only where the working setpoint stays at or below 0.4 MPa; for higher setpoints use a standard GR. The C1 gauge code gives you a round external gauge reading in MPa (psi and bar scales are also available). A mounting bracket is included, and GR can be panel-mounted instead.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, setpoint and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
L marks the low-pressure type: its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa, unlike a standard GR. C1 means a round external gauge is fitted with an MPa scale; psi and bar scales are available, and omitting the gauge code gives the embedded square gauge instead.
