The AirTAC GR400-10T AirTAC Air Regulator NPT 3/8 in Low Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR400-10T is an AirTAC GR400 series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream air pressure from a compressed-air supply. This unit is the 400 size with a 3/8 in NPT port, built as the low-pressure type, so its regulated output is set within a range up to 0.4 MPa. It comes with an external round pressure gauge scaled in psi, and the mounting bracket is included; the GR body can also be panel-mounted. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G-series families.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard and low-pressure types, with embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, an optional reverse/check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a CNC fixture line, the GR400-10T sits in the 3/8 in supply to the clamp cylinders, letting the setter dial in a fixed, repeatable clamp pressure for each cycle.
For test rigs and pilot benches that run instruments or air actuators at modest pressures, the low-pressure type keeps the regulated line at or below 0.4 MPa with a psi gauge to read directly.
On a packaging line with pneumatic sealers and sorting cylinders, this regulator holds a steady working pressure to the machine section, with the round gauge letting operators verify the setting at a glance.
Start with the port and size: the 400 size with a 3/8 in NPT port suits lines where the required flow sits above the 300 size step; match the size step to your flow demand rather than to the pipe alone. Because this is the low-pressure type (L), choose it where the working output must stay at or below 0.4 MPa; for higher set points, use the standard GR type. Pick the gauge scale you want to read at the machine - this unit is ordered with the round gauge in psi, while an embedded square gauge in MPa, psi or bar is the standard alternative. Thread is NPT here; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. A mounting bracket is included, and the GR can be panel-mounted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM figure. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request.
L is the low-pressure type of the GR regulator, so the regulated output is set within a range up to 0.4 MPa. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is still 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The C2 in the code orders the external round gauge with a psi scale.
