The AirTAC GR400-15C2TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR400-15C2TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air, built for one job only: holding a steady downstream pressure from a variable supply. This size 400 unit is decoded with a 1/2 in NPT port, a round pressure gauge scaled in psi, and a reverse (check) valve fitted so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. It carries no bracket, and the GR body is also panel-mountable. The standard adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the GR is rated for -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options for thread type (PT standard, G and NPT to order), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), a low-pressure type, and a reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable regulated pressure feeding a bank of directional control valves on a machine's air manifold, with the check valve holding the setting against supply dips.
Regulate the working pressure to an air-over-oil press or clamping fixture where repeatable downstream pressure determines consistent clamping force.
Feed carton-sealing and case-erector cylinders on a packaging line at a set pressure, with the psi gauge giving operators a local reading at the drop.
Start with the size and port: GR comes in 200, 300, 400 and 600, stepping up in port from 1/8 in to 1 in, so match the port to your line and let the size step follow the flow your circuit needs. Then set the options that matter: gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - this unit ships with a round psi gauge), thread type (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options), whether a reverse/check valve is wanted to hold downstream pressure, and whether you need the bracket (this code is the no-bracket version) or panel mounting. A low-pressure type (L) limited to 0.4 MPa is also available in the series. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM figure. Send us your line size and application and we will confirm the flow curve and datasheet figures for this unit on request.
C is the round external gauge, 2 sets its scale to psi, T is the NPT thread (PT is the standard option, G is also available to order), and K means a reverse/check valve is fitted. The code also shows size 400 with a 1/2 in port and no mounting bracket.
