The AirTAC GR40010C3T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40010C3T is an AirTAC GR400 air pressure regulator for compressed air, built purely for pressure regulation: it contains no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. This configuration is the 400 size with a 3/8 in NPT thread, the standard regulator type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and a round pressure gauge scaled in bar. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the GR series carries the widest temperature window in the G family at -20 to 70 C, so it stays in service where colder ambient conditions would rule out other units.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G and NPT threads, with optional low-pressure type, gauge scale choices, a reverse/check valve and bracket or panel mounting. Flow for the GR400 is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold the working pressure feeding a bench pneumatic press or clamping fixture, so the forming or staking force at the tool stays consistent across shifts.
Regulate the supply to cylinders on a carton sealing or case packing line, keeping sealing bars and pushers running at the pressure the machine was set up for.
Drop the line pressure to the level a robotic gripper or pick-and-place actuator needs, protecting delicate parts from over-squeeze at the end of arm.
Start with the port step: the GR400 in 3/8 in NPT suits lines whose air demand sits in the middle of the GR range; step up to GR600 or down to GR300 depending on the flow your circuit needs, and we will confirm the curve fit before you order. Set the downstream pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range; if your process runs lower than that, the GR low-pressure type (L) covers up to 0.4 MPa. This unit ships as coded with a round gauge in bar; square embedded gauges and MPa or psi scales are the alternative choices. Thread is NPT here, with PT (the standard) and G available as order options, and a mounting bracket is included - GR also mounts in a panel. Note the honest limit: flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so have us check sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR400 flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one flow number we can honestly quote. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The C3 code in GR40010C3T specifies the optional external round gauge with a bar scale; the embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, and MPa or psi scales are available as alternative order codes. The regulator itself adjusts from 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regardless of the gauge scale chosen.
