The AirTAC GR40010F2TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40010F2TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air, built to hold a steady downstream pressure regardless of swings in supply. This 400-size unit is fitted with 3/8 in NPT ports, a square pressure gauge reading in psi, and an integrated reverse (check) valve that lets downstream air vent back through the unit when the supply is shut off. The standard-type regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and it operates across -20 to 70 C - a wider temperature window than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of PT, G or NPT thread, gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), round or square gauge, low-pressure type, reverse valve and bracket options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold the clamping pressure on a pneumatic press or fixture circuit, with the check valve letting the clamped side vent safely when the air supply is isolated.
Regulate the supply pressure feeding cylinders and actuators on a packaging line, with the psi gauge giving operators a direct local readout at the machine.
Feed divertors, stoppers and lifters along a conveyor system at a stable, repeatable pressure so each station cycles consistently through the shift.
Start with the port step: this unit is the 400 size with 3/8 in NPT threads, one step up from the 300 size - pick the size whose flow curve covers your demand rather than matching port size alone. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order. Then settle the decodable options: gauge scale (this unit ships with the embedded square gauge in psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are available), thread family (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options), whether you want the reverse/check valve (fitted on this unit), and whether a mounting bracket is needed (included here; GR is also panel-mountable).
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can honestly quote. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
F2 means the embedded square gauge is fitted with a psi scale (MPa and bar scales are available as options). K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, allowing downstream air to exhaust back through the regulator when the upstream supply is shut off. The unit also includes a mounting bracket and uses 3/8 in NPT threads; PT is the standard thread family, with G and NPT as order options.
