The AirTAC GR40010JF2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, G3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40010JF2GK is an AirTAC GR400 air pressure regulator for compressed air, built purely for pressure regulation - it contains no filter element and no bowl, so it never drains water or adds lubricant. This unit is set up with a G3/8 (BSPP) port, an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in psi, and a reverse (check) valve fitted, which holds the downstream setting if upstream supply is interrupted. The adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and it operates from -20 to 70 C - a wider temperature window than the rest of the G-series families. It is supplied without a mounting bracket; GR regulators are also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, so you can step up in body size as your air demand grows. Options include G or NPT thread in place of the PT standard, a low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, an external round gauge, a reverse valve, and bracket or no-bracket mounting. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |

| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a stable downstream pressure for a clamping cylinder on a press cell, with the fitted check valve keeping the setting if the main supply drops.
Regulate the air feeding conveyor stopper and gate cylinders on a packaging line, with the psi-scaled square gauge giving operators a local setpoint readout.
Drop plant supply pressure to the level a machine tool's pneumatic circuit needs, panel-mounted at the machine without a bracket.
Start with size and port: the GR400 carries a 3/8 in port, and the 200/300/400/600 size steps exist so the regulator body matches the flow your line needs - pick the size after checking demand, not before. Then set the options that matter: gauge scale (this unit is psi; MPa and bar are available), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options - this unit is G), reverse valve for hold-up of the downstream setting (fitted here, code K), and bracket versus no bracket (this unit has no bracket; GR also panel-mounts). If your working pressure never exceeds 0.4 MPa, the GR low-pressure type (code L) is the alternative to the standard unit used here.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not state a flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet so you can size the GR400 against your demand before ordering.
Both are decodable from the code. The trailing G means a G (BSPP) thread - PT is the AirTAC standard and NPT is the other order option, so confirm which your pipework needs. The F2 in the code means the embedded square gauge is scaled in psi; MPa and bar scales are available if you prefer metric.
