The AirTAC GR40010LC3T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT 3/8 in is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40010LC3T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from your compressed-air supply. This is the low-pressure (L) type, so its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa, and it is built in the 400 size with a 3/8 in NPT port. A round gauge scaled in bar is fitted so the setting can be read directly at the unit, and the mounting bracket is included; the GR body is also panel-mountable. There is no bowl and no drain on a regulator - filtration and lubrication are separate G-series components.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, standard and low-pressure types, gauge and thread options, and a reverse/check-valve variant. Flow figures for this family are published as curves rather than a single rated number, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a cartoning or wrapping line where sealing jaws and light clamping cylinders are rated below 0.4 MPa, this low-pressure GR400 regulator holds the reduced setting steady off the main shop-air supply, with the bar gauge giving the operator a direct readout at the machine.
Bench rigs and lab apparatus that run instruments or pneumatic fixtures at gentle, stable pressures benefit from a dedicated low-pressure regulator: the 3/8 in NPT port drops off the branch line, and the bar-scaled gauge lets technicians set and verify the point before each run.
Spinning frames, looms and web-converting lines use low-pressure air for thread tensioning, blow-off and edge guidance. This GR400 unit regulates one zone of that supply to below 0.4 MPa, isolating the zone from swings on the main header while the panel-mount option keeps it at the operator station.
Size and port step with required flow: the 400 size carries a 3/8 in port here, and larger sizes move more air - we can confirm the published flow curve for each size on request. Choose the low-pressure type (this unit) when your process needs settings up to 0.4 MPa; the standard GR covers up to 0.9 MPa. Pick the gauge scale you want to read - MPa, psi or bar (bar on this unit) - and the thread: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT (as on this model) as order options. A bracket is included, and the GR can also be panel-mounted. Before ordering, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet curves.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your port size and the flow your application needs and we will confirm the datasheet curve for the GR400 against it before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure type, whose adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa - it is meant for circuits that must never see full line pressure. If your process needs settings up to 0.9 MPa, order the standard GR400 in the same size and port instead; the inlet pressure rating is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) either way.
