The AirTAC GR40010LF2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator G3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40010LF2GK is an AirTAC GR400 series air pressure regulator in the 400 size with a G3/8 (BSPP) port. This is the low-pressure type (code L), so downstream pressure is adjustable up to 0.4 MPa, while the unit accepts a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). A square pressure gauge reading in psi is fitted as standard, and the K code means a reverse (check) valve is built in, so downstream air is held if the upstream supply is lost. A mounting bracket is included, and the GR body is also panel-mountable. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family, and the medium is compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of PT, G or NPT threads, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge scale, check valve and bracket options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Jaw and hold-down clamps on a carton sealing line that must never see more than 0.4 MPa. The low-pressure GR400 regulator caps the downstream setting, and the built-in check valve holds the clamp pressure if the plant air drops.
Air bearings, tension rollers and web press rolls that run at low, stable pressure. The regulator holds a fine low setpoint in psi on the square gauge, and the 3/8 in port feeds the manifold on a mid-size line.
A bench fixture or light-duty air press where forming or testing must happen at a controlled low force. The operator reads and dials the setpoint in psi, the check valve prevents backfeed, and the included bracket mounts the unit at the cell.
Size up by port and required flow: the GR series steps through 200, 300, 400 and 600, and this 400 unit carries a 3/8 in port. Because the L code makes this the low-pressure type, it suits circuits that must be held at or below 0.4 MPa; if you need the full 0.05-0.9 MPa range, choose a standard GR instead. You can specify the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and an external round gauge instead of the embedded square one, order with or without the reverse (check) valve, drop the bracket with the J code, and choose PT, G or NPT threads - PT is the standard, G and NPT are order options. Flow for the GR series is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your line pressure and demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your inlet pressure, setpoint and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for your application on request.
L marks the low-pressure type: downstream pressure is adjustable up to 0.4 MPa, instead of the standard GR range of 0.05-0.9 MPa. Maximum inlet pressure is still 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and this unit also carries a square psi gauge, a reverse (check) valve (K) and an included bracket, with a G (BSPP) 3/8 in port.
