The AirTAC GR40010LJC2 AirTAC Regulator PT3/8, Low-Pressure Type is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40010LJC2 is an AirTAC GR400 series air pressure regulator in the low-pressure (L) type, built for compressed-air lines where the working pressure must be held well below the standard range. It decodes as a 400-size unit with PT3/8 (3/8 in) PT-threaded ports, a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and a pressure setting range of up to 0.4 MPa. The C in the code means it is supplied with an external round gauge scaled in psi, and the J means no mounting bracket is fitted; the GR body is also panel-mountable. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, in standard or low-pressure types, with or without a bracket, and with embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published by AirTAC as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Holds a gentle, stable air pressure to soft-jaw or vacuum-pad clamping actuators that would be crushed by a full-line pressure setting, with the round psi gauge giving the operator a direct readout at the machine.
Sets a reduced, repeatable pressure to air knives and blow-off nozzles on a conveyor drying station, so delicate products are dried without being knocked over or marked by excessive air force.
Supplies controlled low-pressure air to small test-rig cylinders, agitators or sample-transfer actuators where the process cannot tolerate a standard 0.9 MPa setting, using the psi-scale gauge for fine manual adjustment.
Start with the port step: this unit is 400 size with PT3/8 ports; larger sizes carry larger ports and higher flow capacity, so step up if your line needs more air. Choose the low-pressure (L) type only when your set point stays at or below 0.4 MPa; for higher set points use the standard GR type with its 0.05-0.9 MPa range. Pick the gauge scale you want to read (MPa, psi or bar) and square (embedded) versus round (external) format. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order. Brackets are optional on GR, which can also be panel-mounted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number for this unit. Tell us your inlet pressure, set point and expected air demand, and we will confirm the flow capability from the GR400 datasheet on request before you order.
The L in the code means this is the low-pressure version of the GR400: its setting range tops out at 0.4 MPa instead of the standard type's 0.05-0.9 MPa, with the same 1.0 MPa maximum inlet pressure. Choose it when your process set point is always at or below 0.4 MPa; for higher set points, order the standard GR400 type instead.
