The AirTAC GR40015C2GK AirTAC Air Regulator G1/2 in, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40015C2GK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air, built on the size 400 body with G1/2 (BSPP) female ports. It reduces and holds a stable downstream pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This configuration is fitted with an external round pressure gauge scaled in psi, and the K code means a reverse (check) valve is built in, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. A mounting bracket is included, and the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G or NPT thread, with gauge scale, check valve and low-pressure type as orderable options. Published flow data appears as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold the clamping pressure for a pneumatic press or hold-down fixture, with the check valve keeping the set pressure at the tool if the main air supply drops.
Feed a consistent, adjustable supply pressure to packaging machine cylinders and diverters, with the psi gauge letting operators read and verify the setting at a glance.
Drop plant air down to a lower working pressure for one zone of a machine or cell, panel-mounted or bracket-mounted at the point of use on a 1/2 in air line.
Start with the port step: size 400 with 1/2 in ports suits lines where actuator and cylinder demand sits above what 1/4 in or 3/8 in regulators comfortably serve, but confirm against your flow need before ordering. Set the downstream pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range; if your circuit never exceeds 0.4 MPa, the GR low-pressure type (code L) is an alternative worth discussing. This unit carries a round external gauge scaled in psi; MPa and bar scales are also available. The K code adds a reverse/check valve - choose it when downstream pressure must be retained on supply loss. Thread is G (BSPP) here; PT is the standard option and NPT is orderable. A mounting bracket is included.
Flow for the GR400 is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves for the GR400 before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. With the check valve, downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is interrupted, which matters on clamping, holding or safety-related circuits. Units without K simply vent downstream pressure back toward the regulator on supply loss.
