The AirTAC GR40015C2TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40015C2TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This 400-size unit is built around 1/2 inch NPT ports and carries a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The C2 suffix decodes a round external gauge with a psi scale, and the K suffix means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. A mounting bracket is included, and the GR body can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options for G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, low-pressure type, gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and a reverse valve. GR units operate from -20 to 70 C, a wider window than the rest of the G family. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold the working pressure feeding a bench or production pneumatic press, with the check valve holding the circuit if the shop-air supply drops.
Regulate the supply to sealing jaws and clamp cylinders on a packaging line, with the round psi gauge giving operators a clear local pressure reading.
Feed diverters, stops and gate cylinders along a conveyor line at a set pressure, panel-mounted or bracket-mounted next to the valve manifold.
Start with the port step: this 400-size unit takes 1/2 inch ports, one step up from the 300 series, and the right choice depends on the flow your line needs - we can confirm sizing against the published flow curves before you order. Set the downstream pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range. On gauges you can keep the embedded square gauge or order the external round gauge as here, with the scale in MPa, psi or bar. The fitted reverse (check) valve is worth specifying whenever a cylinder or process must hold pressure through a supply interruption. Thread is PT as the AirTAC standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options - this unit is specified NPT. A mounting bracket is included, or panel-mount the body. Note that a regulator alone does not filter or lubricate: pair it with GF and GL units, or step up to a GFR, GFC or GC combination, if the line needs treatment as well as regulation.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and the equipment you are feeding, and we will confirm the flow figures from the GR400 datasheet before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is retained if the upstream supply is interrupted. C2 decodes the optional external round gauge with a psi scale; the embedded square gauge is the standard alternative, with MPa, psi or bar scales available.
