The AirTAC GR40015JF2 AirTAC Air Regulator 1/2 in PT, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR40015JF2 is a compressed-air pressure regulator in the GR400 size, with a PT1/2 (1/2 in) port. It reduces and holds a steady downstream pressure, adjustable anywhere from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and carries no filter or bowl - regulation only. This configuration is fitted with the embedded square pressure gauge reading in psi and ships without a mounting bracket, suiting installations where the unit is fixed by its own port connections or panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, optional low-pressure type, gauge scale choices, and a reverse/check valve option. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Settling a stable working pressure on a 1/2 in drop leg feeding a production cell, so downstream tools and actuators see a constant setpoint regardless of header swings.
Regulating supply pressure to pneumatic conveyor take-up and gate cylinders, where the psi square gauge lets line staff verify the setpoint at a glance.
Serving as the pressure-setting station on a machine's air preparation manifold, panel-mounted without a bracket ahead of directional valves and cylinders.
Size up a GR by the port step: 200 (1/8-1/4 in), 300 (3/8-1/2 in), 400 (1/2-3/4 in) and 600 (1 in) - the larger the size, the larger the port and the greater the flow capacity. This unit is the 400 size at PT1/2. Choose the gauge scale to match your shop standard: MPa, psi or bar; this one reads psi. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options. A bracket (J code omits it) and the reverse/check valve (K) can be selected where needed; GR is also panel-mountable.
Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your actual air demand before ordering - we will pull the datasheet figures for the GR400 at your conditions.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number here. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm the GR400 curve figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
J means no mounting bracket is included, F means the embedded square gauge is fitted, and 2 means the gauge scale is psi. The port is PT1/2 - PT is the standard thread on this model, while G (BSPP) and NPT versions are catalogue options you can order instead.
