The AirTAC GR40015LJC2GK AirTAC Pressure Regulator G1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR40015LJC2GK is an AirTAC GR400 series air pressure regulator built for compressed-air lines that need downstream pressure held steady at low set values. As a low-pressure (L) type its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa, and this configuration carries a 1/2 in G (BSPP) port, a round external gauge scaled in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure cannot feed back through the unit. It is supplied without a mounting bracket, and the GR body can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, bracket or no-bracket builds, and standard or low-pressure regulation. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm datasheet and flow figures on request before you order.

| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Holds a gentle, steady holding pressure for pneumatic clamps and hold-downs on carton or tray packaging lines where the set point must stay well below standard regulator range.
Regulates low-pressure air feeding tension rollers, lay-on rollers and light actuation cylinders where a stable set point protects delicate web handling.
Feeds positioners and pilot-operated valves that call for a low, closely held supply pressure, with the check valve preventing back-feed through the regulator.
Start with the port step: this unit is a size 400 with a 1/2 in G port, so match it to line hardware of the same size and check the flow curve against your air demand - flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against the application before ordering. Choose the low-pressure (L) type only when your set point stays at or below 0.4 MPa; for higher set points the standard GR applies. This build has a round psi gauge; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are the other decodable options. Thread is G (BSPP) here, with PT as the standard and NPT available to order. The K code adds a reverse (check) valve, and the J code means no bracket - add a bracket variant if you want body-mounted fixing instead of panel mounting.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Tell us your inlet pressure, set point and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure type: its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa instead of the standard GR range. It suits circuits that hold set points at the lower end, and it still takes up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet pressure. This unit also carries a round psi gauge and a reverse (check) valve, per its C2 and K codes.
