The AirTAC GR600-20T AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a carton-sealing or case-erector machine, the clamp and hold-down cylinders often run at reduced pressure so cartons are gripped, not crushed. The GR600-20T regulates that branch down to the setpoint, and the check valve keeps the cylinders from drifting back if the main air supply dips.
Splicing rollers, lay-on rolls and low-pressure hold-down stations on converting lines need a steady, limited supply pressure independent of the mill air main. A 3/4 in GR600-20T on the branch keeps that circuit at its setpoint, with the bar gauge giving operators a visible reference.
Bench testing of gauges, actuators and low-pressure fittings calls for a supply that can be trimmed gently and capped well below main pressure. The low-pressure L type limits adjustment to 0.4 MPa, and the fitted check valve stops the test piece back-feeding the bench supply.
Start with the port step: the 600 size takes a 3/4 in port and sits at the top of the GR range for larger lines, but the right size is the one whose flow curve covers your demand - we can check that against the datasheet on request. This unit is the low-pressure (L) type, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa; if your circuit needs the full standard range, choose a GR without the L code instead. The gauge here is the embedded square type scaled in bar; MPa or psi scales and an external round gauge are order options. The K code adds a reverse/check valve - leave it off only if backflow is not a concern. Thread is NPT on this unit (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are the catalogue options to order), and a mounting bracket is included, with panel mounting also possible on GR.
