The AirTAC GR600-25T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR600-25T is a pure air pressure regulator: it reduces and holds a stable downstream pressure from your compressed-air supply, and it does nothing else - no filtration and no lubrication are built into this unit. This is the largest 600 size with a 1 in female NPT thread, and the code confirms a square pressure gauge fitted with a psi scale, a standard (not low-pressure) regulator type, and a mounting bracket included; GR bodies are also panel-mountable. The GR series carries the widest temperature rating in the G family at -20 to 70 C, and its pressure loss is low.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT thread, with or without gauge, a low-pressure type option, and an optional reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Dropping a 1 in branch off the main plant air header to feed a production cell: the GR600-25T holds a steady, set downstream pressure to that cell regardless of header swings.
Setting a consistent supply pressure to spray guns and atomising air on a finishing line, where stable regulation - not filtration - is the job at the booth drop.
Panel-mounting the GR600-25T on a machine's pneumatic control panel to set and display the operating pressure for cylinders, valves and actuators downstream.
Start with the port step: GR600-25T is the 1 in NPT connection at the top of the range - step down to GR400, GR300 or GR200 if your line is smaller, and size against the flow curve rather than a single number. Set the downstream pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range; the fitted square gauge reads in psi, and MPa or bar scales are available if you prefer. Thread is NPT here because the code ends in T - PT is the catalogue standard, with G (BSPP) as the alternative to order. A mounting bracket is included and the body can also be panel-mounted; if you need a check function to hold downstream pressure on supply failure, ask for the K version with the reverse valve fitted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we will not quote you a number that is not in the datasheet. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the flow curve figures for the GR600 on request before you order.
The F2 in the code means a square gauge is fitted with a psi scale. The embedded square gauge is standard and an external round gauge is optional, with MPa, psi or bar scales available - so if your team reads in bar or MPa, order the corresponding scale code instead.
